NEGOTIATING POWER
When you work with us. you always know what your coordination fees will be before we start working. One of our Event Managers will sit down with you to define your needs and propose a program and coordination fee that fits your timeline and budget. Once agreed upon, we will put our resources to work for you! We’ll save you time and money by interviewing and negotiating with venue sales associates, caterers, entertainment, transportation, etc. We’ll present you with your options, and you decide which vendors to use. By not having a preferred vendor list and by not accepting commissions or “kick-backs” we’re able honestly and fairly represent your best interests and pass all third party discounts straight through to you.
